Our Approach
   
  The goal of our strategic approach to benefit management is to put the right information in front of our clients to assist them in making solid decisions about their programs; to work with them to implement those decisions; and to continually review their programs to ensure they meet their specific needs.
   
  We begin with an in-depth audit of our clients' benefit programs to evaluate pricing, funding, plan design, and overall competitiveness. Here we discover whether the program is meeting business objectives and if the actual program cost equals employees' perceived value of the benefits.
   
  We set defined service benchmarks and incorporate measurements for future assessment, including an ongoing review of plan specific experience. This critical step assists us in providing our clients with clearly defined expectations and reliable service delivery.
   
  Finally, we implement the final action plan and timetables. Here we focus on the upcoming renewal, implementing and confirming any changes, and work with the client to communicate program specifics. Once the renewal is completed, we begin the process again.
