Here we discover whether the program is meeting business objectives
and if the actual program cost equals employees' perceived value
of the benefits. |

for future assessment, including an ongoing review of plan specific
experience. This critical step assists us in providing our clients
with clearly defined expectations and reliable service delivery. |

Finally,
we implement the final action plan and timetables. Here we focus
on the upcoming renewal, implementing and confirming any changes,
and work with the client to communicate program specifics. Once
the renewal is completed, we begin the process again. |
